Hatha yoga for beginners

Learn yoga with me in private lessons or in small groups

Hatha is considered a gentle yoga that focuses on static poses and is ideal for beginners. Although it is gentle, it can still be physically and mentally challenging.

Look forward to breathing exercises that sometimes ground, sometimes energize, asanas (physical exercises), sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful and meditation / fantasy journeys that make you forget everyday life.

Regularly practicing hatha yoga improves muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. You improve your breathing, your energy and vitality and support your cardiovascular system.

One-to-one lessons, lessons with your sweetheart or your best friend ... everything is possible.

Yoga for seniors

On and with the chair and with many aids ... very gentle and yet effective!

Yoga can be practiced at any age.

 

If you have the feeling that your mobility and your strength are decreasing and you have problems with your balance, you would like to meet other nice seniors, then senior yoga is the right place for you.

In senior yoga I specifically address the changes and needs of the body from 60+.

​

The exercises are carefully selected so that your body is challenged enough, but not overwhelmed.

​

You improve your body awareness, your coordination and muscle strength and blood circulation.

​

And we always have time for tea and a chat before and after the yoga class.

Please indicate existing health impairments or illnesses or an existing pregnancy when registering.


In the case of serious illnesses, hip / knee problems, increased blood pressure or intervertebral disc problems, participation is generally only possible with the express permission of the attending physician.
